CULTURE CODE IN OUR ORGANIZATION

Creating Measurable Impact on Clients, Employees, and Communities

Culture is defined as the arts and other manifestations of human intellectual achievement regarded collectively. At Eyes On Me, we truly understand the rapidly changing marketplace as we navigate the 20s. In addition to attracting new talent, our culture also allows us to amplify their abilities which helps them do work they never imagined was possible.

The reality is that people have changed the way they view a rewarding job and career. People used to keep their focus on pensions, retirement, pay raises, and working in a cubicle. In this new decade, Eyes On Me is focusing on purpose, passion, an open office environment, and operating with an impact further than the bottom line.

We Are Eyes On Me:  a digital marketing agency that focuses on total societal impact. It is what's important to us, our clients, our employees, and our community. This is what we inspire to become, and what we aspire to be.

The EyesOnMe Culture Code

We believe in satisfying stakeholders, not shareholders.

We understand that people are, and always will be, our best return on investment.

We look at the client first before we look at making a profit.

We are remarkably honest and transparent about our lives and our work.

We take ownership for everything that we do - inside of the office and outside the office.

We understand that the sky is the limit - the world is yours.

We reward those who demonstrate going above and beyond the call of duty.

There is no such thing as overcommunication. Proactive communication is our goal with our clients.

1: We believe in satisfying stakeholders, not shareholders. As an agency we commit to proving the best in-class digital marketing services. Aongside that, we believe in investing in more than just the service we provide. The clients, employees, leaders, and organizations we work with are all more important than making a dollar. Our mission is to help them all grow. We want to transform how organizations use digital marketing services to impact their revenue, total societal impact, and workplace culture. We strongly believe our organization and our clients need to focus on every stakeholder in their business.

2: We understand that people are, and always will be, our best return on investment. When people join our company, we always do our best to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to become brilliant within their position. Every person in our organization needs to be elated, not just satisfied. By putting our company resources into our staff, we get a result that flows through the entire organization.

3: We look at the customer first before we look at making a profit. Any organization navigating the new decade focusing only on profit will go bankrupt. Delighting clients comes with a true understanding of our core values. To delight out customers, we must first look at the drivers of human motivation. Intimidating numbers on a spreadsheet, fake reports, sales gimmicks, and “tricks of the trade” are not part of Eyes On Me vocabulary. Superior communication, relationships, quality of service, and sustainability are in our language. We live by one simple rule: the client is always right.

4: We are remarkably honest and transparent about our lives and our work. At any moment, our organization should trust every word that comes out of each other's mouth. We never try to over-exaggerate the truth, bend corners to get a desired result, and most importantly, gossip about each other if it causes harm to the third party.

5: We take ownership for everything we do - inside of the office and outside the office. We understand that the only way to grow as a person is to take ownership of our errors and mistakes. We are human, we are not robots. Our organization strives to provide constructive criticism; not because we try to hurt each other, but rather because we want to see each other grow. It is in our direct interest to understand each other's failures and to use them as a learning opportunity for the whole group. Our leaders are expected to be transparent about hard times, failures, and critical timely information. We never try to hide information because we feel we will be ridiculed.

6: We understand that the sky is the limit - the world is yours. Regardless if you’re tall, short, black, white, male or female - it is all possible in our organization. We believe in equal pay for career-growth opportunity for all of our people. We do not give up because it is not in our nature. We understand that the finish line gets closer and closer with every failure we encounter.

7: We reward those who go above and beyond the call of duty. Our people are not mediocre and, because of that, they are rewarded: rewarded with spontaneous gifts, awards, recognition, raises, career advancement, and peer-to-peer recognition. The occasional reward helps with human motivation. You do something great every single day and every time it happens, you should be rewarded.

8: There is no such thing as overcommunication.  Whether it's internally or externally, proactive communication is our goal. Daily and weekly meetings, touch base phone calls and video conferencing, informative and engaging emails, stellar and strategic tracking - these are all a part of our commitment to always communicating to stay on top of all that we do.

We work each and every day to ensure we are redefining what is possible within our organization and we owe it all to our culture. From our  unique project management process, to our  creative services, and  community involvement, our culture gets better each day.
